This website for child led professionals has been in the works for years! Throughout my own supervision, my supervisor, the amazing Dr. Elizabeth Hartwig, PhD, LPC-S, LMFT-S, RPT-S, encouraged me to create forms tailored to my theory (shout out to those who are Adlerian at heart). Elizabeth encouraged me to create session notes tailored to an Adlerian play therapy session, resources for parents, and resources to support my learning and growth as a therapist. Over the years, I've had SEVERAL ideas of support documents to aid in my practice and now I'm excited to share some helpful tools- both handouts and trainings that guide my work as a therapist, supervisor, and group practice owner. I am thrilled you're here and hope you'll follow along on my journey to be one more cheerleader in your corner.
One of my values is making connections with all those involved in supporting the mental health of our clients. This includes parents, school personnel, additional providers, and other mental health professionals! I strongly believe that consultation, training, education, and collaboration create such powerful change in our work with children. Play Therapy Connections is not just for play therapists.
