School Counselor and Play Therapist

As a school counselor, I was not always aware of the differences between my role and that of a play therapist. I even went so far as to begin creating treatment plans for my school counseling students! While I did not need to be this thorough and helped with goal setting, I realized the importance of know the differences between these roles. This was helpful not only for myself, but for parents as well.
